This Privacy Policy describes how 212IA ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with the 212IA platform and services (the "Service").
This policy applies to two categories of users:
2.1. Regarding Professional account data (account credentials, contact details, billing information), 212IA acts as the data controller.
2.2. Regarding End Customer data (collected via the AI assistant during orders, bookings, or inquiries), 212IA acts as a technical processor on behalf of the Professional, who remains the primary party responsible for customer relationships. 212IA processes this data solely to provide and operate the Service (transmitting requests, displaying them in the dashboard), and never sells or uses customer data for independent commercial purposes.
2.3. Any inquiries or requests regarding how an End Customer's data is handled by a Professional should be directed primarily to the relevant Professional. 212IA provides technical support when needed to facilitate compliance.
Data collected through the AI conversational assistant is strictly limited to what is necessary to fulfill customer requests (orders, bookings, support questions):
212IA does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on its website.
The Service is designed and intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
Data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
212IA partners with reputable infrastructure and AI technology providers (such as cloud hosting and computing) that meet industry security standards. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including:
Subject to applicable data protection laws, individuals may exercise rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their information.
To exercise these rights, Professionals may contact support@212ia.online. End customers should contact the respective business first, or contact our support team for assistance.
Data may be processed by technical cloud infrastructure providers operating internationally, including in the United States, utilizing standard contractual safeguards and industry security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or direct notice.
